Welcome to the online reservation system for
Georgia State University's Student Center!
In order to make a reservation online, chartered student organizations and departments must first request a web user account by selecting the 'My Account' tab above and clicking 'Request An Account.' You must use your GSU email when setting up your account.
Once you have received your account log-in information, please log-in to start the reservation request process. Please note that all organizations will be limited to 3 web user accounts. These accounts may be shared amongst organization members.
Unaffiliated Clients wishing to reserve space should contact the Student Center Event Management Office at email@example.com or 404-413-1870.
For Chartered Student Organizations:
You must obtain your advisor's approval in order for your web user account request to be activated. Please email your advisor and 'CC' the Event Management Office (firstname.lastname@example.org) for approval on reservation privileges for your organization. Please include in your email, the organization name, the contacts who are requesting reservation privileges, and the email address that will be used for logging in. Once your advisor has emailed his or her approval to you and the Event Management Office, your account will be activated.
You must obtain your advisor's approval for each reservation request using the same process as above - emailing your advisor and ‘CC’ the Event Management Office (email@example.com) for approval for each event date. You may send your advisor one email with all the requested event dates for approval.
